Symptom: Derealization

the figure is whited out, and surrounded by pointilistic small black dots vaguely evoking a scene. Closer to the ground, the dots are closer together, evoking a city sidewalk's pedestrian landing. As the post for the traffic and street lights rises up, and as the cross walk goes into the distance, the dots are spread further and further apart, disintegrating the scene.
